refers to both companies.
- Youtopia Limited reserve the right to alter or amend products and
prices at any time without notice. Photos of products on this site are
there for display purposes only as there may be slight differences to
the actual products.
- Youtopia Limited are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil
any orderdue to events beyond their control.
- The Laws of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of
the place of delivery
- CONFIDENTIALITY
We guarantee the confidentiality of your details. Under no circumstances
will these be given to any other third party and shall be used for order
processing only. Details will be placed on our own mailing list unless
otherwise requested.
- AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability, in the event of goods being
temporarily out of stock an advice note will be sent by email and
goods despatched as soon as available up to 30 days. Payment is
not taken until goods are dispatched. Shoes & boots
are ordered directly from the suppliers and therefore 14 working
days must be allowed for delivery.
- ORDER PROCESSING
Once you have finished shopping you will go through to our secure checkout
area where you will be asked for the details required to process your
order, once complete you will then be issued with an order number and
confirmation of your order by email.
We utilise the latest in customer friendly shopping procedures, reinforced
with a reliable and secure checkout system, certified by Thawte . You
can be 100% confident that we have invested in the most secure transaction
methods available in the UK today.
Goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment on the same day whenever
possible.
It is not our policy to issue refunds, with the exception of products
being discontinued, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
- PAYMENT
Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility
on a secure server. All major Credit Cards & Switch debit cards
are accepted and the name Youtopia Limited will appear on your
credit card transaction statement. Electron debit cards are not
accepted.
Payment is not taken from your card until the good are dispatched.
All prices displayed within the store include VAT at 17.5%
For orders to be delivered outside of Europe we will
only accept payment by International Money Orders/Cheques drawn on a
UK Bank. If you wish to purchase something in this way please email us with
the details and we will advise you of the full payment details.
We do not ship to the states, if you wish to purchase for delivery
to the US then please visit our sister store www.SexToySex.com who
are based in the USA.
- DELIVERY
Orders will be despatched same day whenever possible & all orders
are despatched in plain wrappings, by First class mail. If the item(s)
are not in stock they should be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
If there will be any delay in dispatch beyond this then we will contact
you by email.
Postage and packing is charged at £3.00 for
all UK deliveries and is added to the total cost of the order
at the checkout. Heavy items such as the Love Swing & Bondage
Bed/Chair will be sent by carrier and therefore delivery will be
charged at £8
per order.
Special Delivery/Courier option £8.00
- Couriers will be used for all parcels requesting the £8.00 delivery
option if the weight is over 2kgs. All Special Delivery deliveries will
require a signature on receipt. Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
All orders received before 11am will be despatched
overnight the same day, orders received after 11.00 will be despatched
the following day for overnight delivery.
Non delivery for any reason will be emailed the same day.
Orders to Europe & ROI will be charged delivery at £6 &
orders delivered outside of Europe will be charged at approximately
£10 depending on the actual size of the order but we will confirm
the postage fee at the same time as confirming payment details.
Once the order has been dispatched from our
warehouse it is by law your responsibility and delivery failure should
be reported to us first and then you should contact the post office
to make a claim.
- EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase return it to
us within 7 days of the Invoice/Despatch
date, and we will exchange for either: (A) an alternative product
(B) credit note for the full value of the product (C) refund less
a 15% handling charge.
Refunds
will only be given if notification is received in writing within 7 days.
Postage and Packing costs are non-refundable.
Goods must be returned together with the invoice with a full explanation
as to the reason for return and stating your preferred method of exchange.
All returned goods must be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene
conditions) and in their original condition and packaging
Items damaged in transit or faulty due to manufacture should be notified
to us by phone on 02392 422164 within 48 hours of arrival and then returned
within 3 days.
Please ensure that you contact us before returning
any goods to check that we will accept them back and so we can advise
you of the correct returns/exchange proceedure.

Due to the personal nature of our products,
we are unable to exchange/refund on some item, these include:
Personal Toys - Toys will not be exchanged
unless faulty due to manufacture.
Batteries should be tried before any inner wrappings are removed.
Latex - All latex garments are non-returnable.
Briefs and all intimate products - The company deems
these unsuitable for return.
Chemist Items - The company deems these unsuitable
for return.
Please ensure your own undergarments are worn when trying on all items
of clothing.
All returns are at the discretion of the company and all exchange goods
must be returned in their original condition together with the invoice,
reason for return, in the original packaging and should be returned
to Youtopia Limited, details of whom will be within the original package.
We will offer a credit note if there is nothing you
want to exchange for at the time of return.
- DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to alter or amend products and prices at any time
without notice. We are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil
any order due to events beyond their control. The Laws of England shall
apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
